01. Open the tubes / Duplicate (shift+D) / close the originals
02. Open a new transparent image measuring 900 x 600px
Choose 2 colors from your tube (a dark color and a light color) that match the images you chose.
The colors used in this original version were these:
#529E80 - #9ADBC0 - #EAA638 - #F9ECA9
03. Prepare a Radial gradient with the lightest colors:
Foreground: #9ADBC0 - background: #F9ECA9
Radial / Angle 90 / Repeats 6 / Invert Unchecked
Stage point: 50/50

Paint the image with this gradient
04. Effects / Image Effects / Seamless tiling - default

05.Adjust/blur/Gaussian Blur: 25

06. Layers / New Raster Layer
Change the initial gradient colors to these:
foreground: #529E80 - background: #EAA638
paint this new layer with this gradient
07. Repeat steps 04 and 05 (seamless Tiling and Gaussian blur)
Layers / Properties / blend Mode: Overlay
08. Layers / New Raster Layer
Paint with white color
09. Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image / Mask [11_PSPMask.jpg]

10. Merge Group
11. Layers/duplicate
12. image / Mirror / Mirror Horizontal
13. Image / Mirror / Mirror Vertical
14. Merge down
15. Effects / Plugins / Artistic / Plastic Wrap

16. Effects / Plugins / Artistic / underpainting

Layers / Properties / blend Mode: Lighten
Effects / edge effects / enhance
17. Copy your tube mixed landscape
Paste as new layer
Resize if necessary
Position the image by centering it on the layer where the mask was applied.
Adjust/sharpness/Sharpen
Layers / Properties / blend mode: multiply
18. Copy your main tube
Paste as new layer
Drop shadow: 10 10 40 27 black or other soft shadow of your choice
Position the tube in the left corner according to the model
19. Copy your decorative tube
Paste as new layer
repeat the Drop shadow you used on the main tube
Position in the bottom right corner according to the model
The layers will look like this:

20. Merge All
Copy this image (it will remain in memory)
Selections / select All
21. Image / Add borders / Symmetric marked / 50px / a different color
22. Selections / Invert
Paste the image copied above into the selection
23. Adjust / Blur / Radial blur - Default

24. Effects / Plugins / Artistic / Rough Pastels

25. Selections/Invert
Drop shadow: 0 0 100 50 black
Select none
26. Image / Add borders / symmetric marked / 2px / color #529E80
27. Image / Add borders / symmetric marked / 2px / color #9ADBC0
28. Image / Add borders / symmetric marked / 2px / color #529E80
29. Image / Resize: width=900px - all layers checked
Adjust / sharpness / sharpen
30. Put your signature
Save as jpeg
