12. Effects / Image Effects / seamless tiling

49. Select this 55px border with the Magic Wand (tolerance/feather=0)
50. Paste the previously copied image into the selection
51. Effects / Plugins / Simple / 4 way average
52. Effects / Plugins / AAA Frame / Photo Frame

53. Selections / Invert
54. Drop shadow: 5 5 60 15 black
Repeat with negative V and H
55. Copy the tube character and paste it as a new layer
56. Make any adjustments you deem necessary (resize/sharpen/drop shadow/ position)
57. Image / Add borders / symmetric marked / 5px / black
58. Image / Resise: width=900px - all layers checked (optional)
59. Put your signature
60. Save as jpeg
