02. Choose two colors for your tube: a dark one for the foreground and a light one for the background
03. Prepare a Sunburst gradient

04. Open a new transparent image measuring 1000 x 600px
05. Paint with the gradient
06. Layers / duplicate
07. Image / Mirror / Mirror Horizontal
08. Layers / Properties / blend mode: Lighten
09. Merge down
10. Effects / Plugins / Gittes Plugins / Gites Sinus Wave
