01. Open the materials on the PSP
Colorize the frame if necessary

02. Choose a dark color for the foreground and a light color for the background
Prepare a Linear gradient
Angle:45 - Repeats:10

03. Open a new transparent image measuring 900 x 650px
paint with the formed gradient

04. Effects / Art Media Effects / Brush Strokes - Default

07. Effects / Plugins / Funhouse / Chaos Mirror

09. Copy the main tube
Paste as new layer

10. Resize if necessary
Image / Mirror / Mirror Horizontal
Position on the left side

11. Layers / Properties / blend Mode: Luminance (L) / Opacity: 60%

12. Copy the Frame
Paste as new layer

13. Position the frame
Resize using the Pick Tool according to the model

14. Drop shadow: 0 0 80 20 black

15. Layers / New Raster Layer
Using the Selection Tool / Selection Type=Rectangle, make a rectangle in the frame

16. Paint with the background color
Select none
Layers / Arrange / Move down

17. Paste the tube back together
Adjust it on the frame trying to align it with the previous tube

Selections / Invert

Press Delete

18. Image/ Add Borders/ Symmetric marked/ 2px / Foreground color

19. Image/ Add Borders/ Symmetric marked/ 5px/ white color

20. Image/ Add Borders/ Symmetric marked/ 2px/ Foreground color

21. Image/ Add Borders/ Symmetric marked/ 60px/ contrasting color

22. Select this 60px border with the Magic Wand (Feather and Tolerance=0)
Paint with a gradient Linear / Angle=0 / Repeats=1 invert unchecked

23. Effects / Plugins / Unlimited 2 / Paper Textures / Striped Paper, Coarse

Apply this effect 2 more times
Select none

24. Repeat steps 18, 19 and 20

25. Effects / Plugins / AAA Frames / Photo Frame
width=30 - Matte=5

26. Copy the text
Paste as new layer
Position as desired

27. Merge All
Image / Resize: width 900px - all layers checked

28.Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen
Put your signature
Save as jpeg
