Prepare a Rectangular gradient
Open a new transparent image
measuring 1000 x 600px
Paint with the gradient

Instant Mirror / Crossing top
Activate the Pick Tool / Click on
the right center node and drag the image to the right to the edge

Merge Down

(optional) Image / Resize: width=950px - all layers checked
Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen
