SCRIPT


Open the tube, duplicate and close the original
Save the Névoa mask in the Masks folder on your PSP
Check that you have the plugins required to run the tutorial installed and running.

01. Open a new transparent image measuring 900 x 600px

02. Copy your main tube
Paste as new layer

Important: Do not resize or move the tube layer. The idea is that it occupies as much of the layer as possible. Look:
 



03. Effects / Plugins / Mura's Meister / Copies - Preset [wall Paper (rotate)]
random wraparound (blend mode) 50 50 50 0 100 0 100 0 100 0 0 30 0
 


Note> you can "play" with the value of the number field, forcing the layer to fill completely

04. Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling - Default
 


05. Layers/Duplicate
Image / Mirror / Mirror Horizontal
Layers/Properties/Opacity: 50%

06. Merge Down

07.Adjust/Blur/Motion Blur
45 100
 

Repeat Motion Blur 4 times

08. Layers/Duplicate
Image / Mirror / Mirror Horizontal
Layers/Properties/Opacity: 50%

09. Merge down

10. Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance More

11. Merge visible

Note: This will be our base layer and its appearance may differ slightly depending on the tube used.

13. Activate the Selection Tool / Custom Selection and configure:
300 0 900 350
 


14. Selections/Invert
Press the Delete key 1 time
Select none

15. Drop Shadow: 0 0 100 50 black

16. Effects/distortion Effects/Wave:
4 10 4 10 transparent
 


17. Layers/Duplicate
Image / Mirror / Mirror Horizontal

18. Merge down

19. Layers/Duplicate

20. Activate the Pick Tool and configure: Position X=0 Position Y=0

Image / Mirror / Mirror Vertical

22. Remove the visibility of the background layer by clicking on the eye

23. Activate the top layer
Merge visible

24. Return the visibility of the background layer by clicking on the eye again
continue on the top layer

25. Effects / Geometric Effects / Circle / Transparent
 


26. Image / Resize: 70% - all layers unchecked

27. Effects / Reflection Effects / Kaleidoscope
0 0 0 0 10 0 0 reflect
 


Note: after applying this effect, the appearance of this layer may present subtle differences, depending on the tube used

29. Image / Free rotate / right/90
 


30. Activate the Pick Tool and configure: Position X=460.00 Position Y= - 150.00
 


31. Copy the main tube
Paste as new layer
Resize if necessary
Position to the left as desired

32. Drop shadow: 0 0 100 40 black
or another one of your choice

33. Glue the main tube back together in the same way as at the beginning of the tutorial

34. Image / Mirror / Mirror horizontal

35. Move this layer so that it is below the layer with the Kaleidoscope effect

36. Layers / Load mask from disk / Mask [nevoa]
 


37. Merge Group
Layers / Properties / Opacity = value between 50 and 70%. The idea is to soften the tube and
"reveal" a little the effect of the layer below
In the first model, the author used 70% and in the second model, she left it at 60%

40. Activate the top layer
Image / Resize: 90% - all layers unchecked

41. Activate the background layer
Effects / Image Effects / Seamless Tiling - default

42.Adjust/Blur/Radial Blur
twirl 65 0 elliptical unchecked 100 100 0
 


43. Activate the top layer
Drop Shadow: 0 0 100 40 black

44. Image / Add borders / symmetric unchecked / 1px / black

45. Put your signature

46. Merge All

47. Image / Resize: 900px width - Lock Aspect Ratio and All layer checked

48. Save as jpeg
