02. Choose two colors for your tube: a dark color for the foreground and a light color for the background
03. Open a new transparent image measuring 900 x 600px
04. Paint with this Radial gradient:
135/1/invert unchecked / center point=50/50


05. Selections / Select all
06. Copy the tube misted landscape and paste it into the selection
07. Select none
08. Effects / Image effects / Seamless tiling - Default


09.Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur: 70


10. Layers/duplicate
